Laser-offset PEFC paper
80 g, 90 g Economy or 120 g Premium
80 g paper is lightweight and practical for large volumes. 90 g Economy adds body while balancing cost and presentation. 120 g Premium feels more substantial for proposals, institutional correspondence and management documents.
All three papers are designed for writing and subsequent printing. PEFC refers to the selected stock's certification, not an absolute environmental claim.
How to prepare your print-ready artwork
Bleed
Add 2 mm on each side and extend backgrounds and images to the edge of the document.
Safe area
Keep texts, logos, and important data at least 4 mm from the cutting line.
Resolution
Work at 300 dpi at final size for sharp rasterised logos and text.
Colour and fonts
Use CMYK, preferably FOGRA52 / PSO Uncoated v3, and embed or outline fonts.

What paper sizes can I print on?
You can choose A4, A5, A6, DL, or 21 x 20 cm. A4 is the default option.
Can I print on one or two sides?
Yes. Choose 4/0 for one-sided printing or 4/4 for full-color printing on both sides.
What papers are available?
The configurator offers PEFC laser-offset paper in 80 g, 90 g Economy and 120 g Premium, depending on the combination.
What does PEFC mean?
It indicates that the selected paper comes from responsibly managed sources according to its stated certification.
What amounts can I request?
Popular quantities start at 25 units. Expand View more to see all quantities available for your combination.
Does the displayed price include VAT?
The summary shows the base price, 21% VAT and total including VAT as a clear breakdown.
Is the price shown per unit?
Yes. When choosing the batch, you will see the total net amount and the updated net unit cost.
What finishes can I add?
Depending on format and quantity, options may include folding, perforations, rounded corners, offset printing or plain DL envelopes. Only compatible options appear.
What production deadlines are there?
Depending on the combination, production can occur in 4 working days, in 2 days, or on the same day. Finishing touches can add days to the production time.
Do production and delivery mean the same thing?
No. Production is manufacturing time. Estimated delivery adds standard transit and starts after receipt and approval of artwork, respecting the cut-off time.
Can I buy the product without having the design ready?
Yes. You can complete the order without attaching any files and sending them later by indicating the order number.
Which files can I upload?
You can upload PDFs, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, TIFF or ZIP files, with a maximum of 256 MB per file.
Can I upload the front and back separately?
Yes. You can attach up to two files or a single multipage PDF.
Does DTS check the file?
Yes. We check dimensions, bleed, resolution and obvious technical issues before production. Redesign and proofreading are not included.
How much bleed does letterhead need?
The template adds 2 mm bleed per side. For A4, the finished size is 210 x 297 mm and the document is 214 x 301 mm.
What is the safe zone?
Keep texts, logos, and important elements at least 4 mm from the cutting line.
Which resolution should I use?
We recommend 300 dpi at final size for a sharp result.
In what color mode do I prepare the design?
Work in CMYK, preferably FOGRA52 or PSO Uncoated v3, and embed or outline fonts before export.
