Our rigid printed boards are for signage, decoration, displays and indoor or outdoor advertising. We use high-resolution printing on rigid boards for vivid colours, sharp detail and durable finishes.

We offer three materials adapted to different needs: Forex foamed PVC at €30/m², for indoor and outdoor applications; Foamboard at €40/m², a lightweight, affordable option for interiors; and Dibond aluminium composite, a premium choice for durability and a professional finish. Which rigid board should you choose?

Outdoor signage → Forex PVC

The Forex foamed PVC is a choice for weather-exposed boards. It is lightweight, has low flammability and resists warping. It can be cut, drilled, shaped or screw-fixed. For large boards, outdoor signage, stage scenery, exhibition stands and hanging displays. €30/m² excluding VAT.

Affordable temporary indoor displays → foamboard

The foamboard is a particularly lightweight, affordable option for interiors. Perfect for hospitality (wall menus, promotions), estate agencies (shop-window displays and for sale or to let signs), retail (point-of-sale displays and shop-window branding), offices and clinics (signage and branded decoration) and events and trade fairs (information boards and photo backdrops). Not suitable for outdoors. 5 mm for medium-sized temporary displays; 10 mm for greater rigidity. €40/m² excluding VAT. For outdoors we recommend Forex PVC or Dibond.

Premium photography and finish → Dibond aluminium

The 3 mm Dibond aluminium composite is the premium board for a quality, durable finish. Two aluminium sheets around a PE core provide rigidity, flatness and a light weight. Resistant to UV, moisture and temperature changes. Available finishes: matt, gloss or brushed aluminium. Ideal for professional photography, galleries, exhibitions, corporate signage, home/office decoration and commercial spaces. It retains its colour and shape for years.

Finishes, fitting and care

All our rigid boards are available with a matt or glossfinish, with optional protective lamination against scuffs. For fitting, we recommend: double-sided tape or removable hook-and-loop fixings for foamboard; avoid drilling near the edges; screws, metal hooks or hangers for Forex PVC and Dibond. Protect the edges from impacts, keep foamboard away from direct moisture and avoid prolonged sunlight without protection. For special installations or tailored fixings, contact us for advice.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a guaranteed satisfaction policy. However, custom-made products have specific conditions.

⚠️ Made-to-measure personalised products

Forex PVC, foamboard and Dibond aluminium boards are tailor-made products according to your specifications (dimensions, thickness and artwork). They are therefore excluded from the standard 14-day return policywith the exception of manufacturing defects attributable to the manufacturer.

Quality guarantee

If your order has printing defects, colour errors, material damage or other quality issues for which we are directly responsible, we will resolve it free of charge. Contact us with photographs of the defect and your order number.

📅 General return period

For non-personalised products: 14 calendar days after receipt. All payments are refunded except delivery and packaging costs. The buyer pays return delivery costs. Before returning an item, request the current return address in writing from pedidos@dtsprinting.com.

How to report a problem

Printing on foamboard costs €40/m² excluding VAT. Available in 5 mm and 10 mm thicknesses with optional eyelets. The final price depends on the total area, calculated from height and width. We recommend 5 mm for medium formats and 10 mm for larger or permanent displays. Delivery in 2–3 business days.

The Forex PVC is lightweight, weather-resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor use (€30/m² excluding VAT). The foamboard is lightweight and affordable, but only for indoor use (€40/m² excluding VAT). The Aluminium Dibond is the premium board: durable and resistant to UV and moisture, for professional photography and long-lasting signage. All three are printed to your chosen dimensions.

No, foamboard is not suitable outdoors because moisture, sunlight and wind can distort it. For outdoor use, we recommend Forex foamed PVC (resistant to weather), Aluminium Dibond (for durability) or acrylic. Temporary use in a sheltered outdoor location may be possible with protective lamination.
