To support your shopping experience, DTS Printing offers exchanges and returns under its satisfaction policy, subject to the criteria and requirements set out below.

Lead time

14 calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products purchased from DTS Printing.

Notification

Within the stated period, you must notify us of your decision using a clear statement through one of the available contact channels. Notice of withdrawal is valid if sent within that period, regardless of when DTS Printing replies.

Return

Payments relating to your purchase will be refunded, excluding packaging, transport and delivery costs and any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods' functioning, nature or characteristics. Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods or reliable evidence that they have been sent. The return deadline is met if the goods are sent within the stated 14 calendar days, regardless of their arrival date. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will use the original payment method unless another method has been expressly agreed, without financial loss to DTS Printing.

Exceptions

Materials cut to order, such as vinyl, banners and paper.
Products made or personalised to order, including business cards and brochures specifically requested by the customer, provided they have no defects directly attributable to DTS Printing.
