From Design to Your Event in 2-3 Days

- 2Upload your artwork
Supply a CMYK PDF or TIFF at a minimum of 100 dpi at full print size. Design is available for EUR 20 if you do not have artwork. File checking and adjustments cost EUR 5.
- 3Free artwork check
We check resolution, colours and bleed, and let you know if anything needs adjusting before production.
- 4Production and delivery
We print the fabric, assemble the frame and ship everything together. Your gazebo arrives ready to unfold and use.
Getting the Most from Your Gazebo
A large, clearly visible logo on the roof
The roof is the most visible surface from a distance, especially at trade fairs with many gazebos. A large logo in your brand colours helps visitors recognise you from further away.
Your message and contact details on the valances
The side valances are what visitors see at eye level. Add your slogan, a featured product, website or social media details to keep your message visible throughout the event.
Complete your setup with other displays

The gazebos are products made with your artwork, excluded from the standard 14-day return period except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Quality guarantee
If the fabric or frame has printing defects, colour errors or damage for which we are responsible, we will resolve the issue at no cost.

What material is the gazebo made from?

Is the gazebo waterproof?

Which parts can be customised?
UseThe roof and valances are customised with full-colour printing: logos, brand colours, images or your own design. The aluminium frame retains its standard metallic grey finish.

How long does the assembly take?
AssemblyThe concertina folding system allows the gazebo to be set up by two people in a few minutes without tools. Unfold the frame, fit the fabric and adjust it to the required height.

Does it withstand wind?
UseThe aluminium frame with 40 mm hexagonal tubes provides good stability. In windy conditions, we recommend using ground pegs (on soft ground), sandbags or leg weights for added safety.

How long does delivery take?
Order2-3 working days from artwork approval. Delivery free from €100 excluding VAT in mainland Spain. The gazebo comes with the frame, fabric and everything needed for assembly.

What format does the design file need?
OrderPDF or TIFF in CMYK, with a minimum resolution of 100 dpi at actual size with bleed as specified in the template for your size. File checking is free; we will let you know if adjustments are needed before printing.

What if I do not have artwork?
OrderYou can book our graphic design service for €20. Our team creates professional artwork tailored to your brand and chosen gazebo size. We also offer artwork review and adjustment for €5.

Can the gazebo be reused at multiple events?
UseYes, it is fully reusable. The aluminium frame is durable, and the washable fabric retains its colours from one event to the next. It can be cleaned with water and mild soap without fading. The investment pays for itself from the second event.
