Carbonless form book FAQs
What is a carbonless form book?
It is a set of sheets that transfers the written text in the original to one or two copies without using carbon paper.
How does carbonless paper work?
The pressure of the writing activates microcapsules between the sheets and reproduces the content in the lower copies.
What is the difference between 2-part and 3-part sets?
Two sheets generate one original and one copy; three sheets generate one original and two copies.
What sizes can I choose?
You can configure A4, A5, A6 or DL on a single page.
What size is A4?
The final A4 format measures 210 × 297 mm.
How big is an A5?
The final A5 format measures 148 × 210 mm.
How big is an A6?
The final A6 format measures 105 × 148 mm.
What size is the DL format?
The final DL format measures 105 × 210 mm.
Are they printed in full color?
Yes. The original sheet is printed in full color on one side; the copies reproduce the information according to the technical configuration.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. You can include logos, company data, fields, tables, signatures, and comments in your design.
Can they be numbered?
Yes. Choose sequential numbering where available for your configuration.
Can they be perforated?
Yes, the available perforations change depending on the format selected.
Can I order them in pads?
Yes. Choose individual sets or pads of 15, 25 or 50 sets where compatible.
How many sets can I order?
The selector only shows the quantities actually available for each format, sheet and type of block.
Can I order before my artwork is ready?
Yes. You can complete the order and send the file later by indicating your order number.
How much bleed does the file need?
Add 2 mm print bleed on each side and keep the important elements at 4 mm from the final edge.
What resolution does it need?
We recommend 300 dpi at final size.
In what color mode should I work?
Work in CMYK; for uncoated paper, we recommend FOGRA52 or PSO Uncoated v3.
Do you check the artwork before printing?
Yes. We perform a basic technical review before starting production.
What is the production lead time?
The configurator shows the standard and quick deadlines available for each combination.
Do you ship outside of Barcelona?
Yes. We ship to all of Spain and you can also check out pick-up options in Barcelona.
