What is the most common postcard format?

What papers are available?
Choose 350 g coated paper or 300 g PEFC uncoated paper.
What is the difference between coated and uncoated paper?
Coated paper has a smoother surface and rich colours. Uncoated paper feels more natural and is easy to write on.
Does offset paper have PEFC certification?
The option identified as offset PEFC uses paper from responsibly managed sources in accordance with the certification indicated for that support.
Is the print in color on both sides?

What amounts can I request?
The quantities depend on the size and the paper. The configurator only shows available runs, from small batches to large campaigns.
Does the displayed price include VAT?
The summary shows the base price, 21% VAT and total including VAT as a clear breakdown.
Is the price shown per unit?
Yes. When choosing the batch, you will see the total net amount and the updated net unit cost.
What production deadlines are there?
The configurator displays Standard, Fast, or Express only when they are available for the selected combination. Rounded corners can add time.
Does the deadline start when the order is placed?
The estimate starts when the file is received and validated; it considers production, standard shipping, and cut-off time. The shipping amount is calculated at checkout.
Can I buy the product without having the design ready?
Yes. You can complete the order without attaching any files and sending them later by indicating the order number.
Which files can I upload?
You can upload PDFs, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, TIFF or ZIP files, with a maximum of 256 MB per file.
Can I upload the front and back separately?
Yes. You can attach up to two files or a single multipage PDF.
Does DTS check the file?
Yes. We check dimensions, bleed, resolution and obvious technical issues before production. Redesign and proofreading are not included.
How much bleed do postcards need?
The template adds 2 mm bleed on each side. Extend backgrounds and images to that edge.
What is the safe zone?
Keep texts, logos, and important elements at least 4 mm from the cutting line.
Which resolution should I use?
We recommend 300 dpi at final size for a sharp result.
In what color mode do I prepare the design?
Work in CMYK where possible, and embed or outline fonts before exporting the PDF.
