For a crisp stamp, supply your logo or artwork in vector format and a single colour.

Design in black

The black areas will be the ones that will be printed. The final color —black or blue— is chosen separately.

Preferably vector

Vector PDF, AI or EPS. These are the most suitable formats for preserving sharp edges and text.

Outlined text

Convert the fonts to outlines to avoid font replacements.

No effects

Avoid gradients, shadows, transparencies, 3D effects, and photographs.

Keep to the dimensions

The design must fit within the maximum size of the selected model.

High resolution image

If you do not have a vector file, send PNG or TIFF at 600 dpi; good-quality JPGs are also accepted.

Clean background

Preferably white or transparent background and solid black design.

Avoid screenshots

Do not send WhatsApp screenshots or low-resolution logos. If that's all you have, upload the best version and we'll review it.

Why is a vector file better?

A vector file can be enlarged or reduced without losing sharpness. This allows for better reproduction of small texts, lines, and logos on a rubber plate of reduced dimensions.

Custom self-inking stamp FAQs

What is a custom self-inking stamp?

It is a self-inking stamp that integrates the ink pad and reproduces your text or logo with just one press.

What material is the stamp made of?

The printing is performed using a customized rubber plate installed in an automatic body.

How does a self-inking stamp work?

The mechanism rotates the rubber plate, inks it internally and presses it onto the document, without a separate ink pad for normal use.

Is the ink pad included?

Yes. The stamp arrives with the ink pad installed, ready to use.

What sizes can I choose?

You have 18 models with plates ranging from 10 × 10 mm to 82 × 25 mm.

Can I put my logo on it?

Yes. You can upload a finished design or attach the logo separately.

Can I put text and a logo?

Yes. Select Text + logo, type the content and attach the logo file.

What ink colors can I choose?

You can choose black or blue ink in any of the 18 models.

Should I send the file in black or in blue?

Send it preferably in black; the final printing color is selected separately in the configurator.

What file format should I send?

We recommend vector PDF. We also accept AI, EPS, PNG, TIFF, JPG, PSD or ZIP files.

Is PDF or JPG better?

A vector PDF retains sharper detail better. A JPG can be used if it has sufficient resolution.

What resolution should my image have?

For raster artwork, we recommend 600 dpi at the final stamp size.

Can I send a PNG?

Yes. A high-resolution PNG with a white or transparent background is a valid option.

Can I send my logo even if it is of poor quality?

Yes. Send the best available version; if it could affect the result, we will contact you before manufacturing.

Should I convert text to outlines?

It is recommended in vector files to avoid substitutions of fonts.

Can I order before my artwork is ready?

Yes. Select "I will send the artwork later" and reply to the order email with your order number.

Do you check the design before manufacturing?

Yes. We include a basic technical review; complex redesign or vectorization are not included automatically.

How long does the manufacturing take?

The estimated production time is 3–4 working days after the design is validated, excluding weekends and holidays.

Do you make custom stamps in Barcelona?

Yes. We accept orders from Barcelona and its metropolitan area.

Do you send it all over Spain?
