Window or windowless envelopes

A window simplifies repeated mailings by revealing the address on the enclosed document. Choose left or right positioning where available. Windowless envelopes offer a clear surface for full artwork, campaigns and special correspondence.

Flap and self-adhesive closure

The models are supplied with the closure indicated for their format. The template marks folds, flaps and areas for adhesive to ensure that the design does not place essential information in areas that will be hidden or manipulated.

Full-color envelope printing

Work in CMYK with images at 300 dpi at final size. For predictable results, use FOGRA52, correctly specified blacks and outlined or embedded fonts. Each format has its own DTS template.

Choose C4, C5, C6, DL, C6/5 or 22 x 22 cm square envelopes on one product page.

How big is a DL envelope?

The closed DL format measures 22 x 11 cm and is common for business correspondence.

How big is a C4 envelope?

The closed C4 measures 22.9 x 32.4 cm and allows A4 documents to be inserted without folding.

How big is a C5 envelope?

The closed C5 measures 22.9 x 16.2 cm and supports A5 or A4 folded documents.

How big is a C6 envelope?

The closed C6 measures 16.2 x 11.4 cm and is suitable for cards, invitations and notes.

What is the C6/5 format?

It is a commercial envelope measuring 22.9 x 11.4 cm, slightly wider than the DL.

Do you have custom square envelopes?

Yes. You can configure square envelopes of 22 x 22 cm without a window.

Can I print envelopes with my logo on them?

Yes. Customise the printable area with your logo, details, colours or branded artwork.

Is the print in full color?

Yes. The customization is performed in CMYK four-color printing according to the template of each format.

Can I choose envelopes with a window?

Yes, in the formats that show that option. C6 and square are only available without a window.

Can the window be on the left or right side?

When the model allows it, you can choose left window, no window, or right window.

Do all sizes support a window?

No. The configurator only shows the actual options compatible with the format and paper chosen.

What papers are available?

Paper weight depends on the format: 75, 80, 90 or 100 g/m² uncoated stock according to the model.

What part should I not cover with critical information?

Avoid the window, the gluing areas, the flaps, the folds, and the safety margin indicated.

Do I need a template?

Yes. Download the exact DTS template after choosing the format and window type.

Do all formats use the same bleed?

No. The measures change depending on the format; the configurator always shows the correct data and template.

What resolution should the file have?

We recommend 300 dpi at final size, CMYK FOGRA52 and outlined or embedded fonts.

Can I order before my artwork is ready?

Yes. Mark that you will send the file later and indicate the order number when you send it.

Do you check the artwork before production?

Yes. We check dimensions, resolution, colour, bleed, positioning and obvious technical issues. Proofreading and redesign are not included.

What quantities can I order?

The numbers change depending on the format, paper and window. The selector only shows the available quantities for the selected combination.

What is the production lead time?

It depends on the format and the paper. You will only see the actual available deadlines before adding them to the cart.
