Printed frosted vinyl for offices, shop windows and partitions
The made-to-measure printed frosted vinyl provides privacy on glass without blocking light. Its translucent frosted finish can be customised with logos, stripes, patterns, text, images or branded artwork.
We work exclusively with polymeric frosted vinyl with nominal 7-year durability, a professional material of high stability suitable for offices, shops, clinics, restaurants, hotels, academies, and glass separators. The seven years correspond to the nominal durability of the material; the actual lifespan varies depending on exposure, surface, placement, and maintenance.

We manufacture each order in Barcelona and we also handle projects in the city and its metropolitan area, including L’Hospitalet, Badalona, Cornellà, Sant Cugat, Sabadell, Terrassa and El Prat. You can request guidance on measurements, printing orientation and installation on the inside or outside of the glass.

We prepare made-to-measure panels, check artwork before printing and pack orders securely. Delivery is available to the mainland, with Economy, Fast and Express production. Delivery charges are calculated separately.

How to prepare your file
- Send PDFs, AI, JPG, PNG, TIFF, SVG or WebP.
- Prepare the document in actual size whenever possible.
- Use a resolution suited to final print size and viewing distance.
- Convert fonts to outlines or embed them in the PDF.
- Work with colors in CMYK for a more reliable print preview.
- Indicates whether the placement will be on the inside or outside of the crystal.
- Add it print bleed when the design needs to reach the edge.

What material do you use?
This product uses polymeric frosted vinyl with nominal 7-year durability only. No material selector is needed because it is included in the price.
Does it let the light through?
Yes. The translucent finish blurs vision through the glass and maintains good light penetration.
Does it provide privacy during the day and at night?
It reduces direct visibility both day and night, but results depend on lighting on each side of the glass, printed coverage and viewing distance.
Can I print my logo or design?
Yes. You can customize it with logos, text, stripes, patterns, images, or corporate designs.
Is it mandatory to attach the file when purchasing?
No. Uploading is optional. Complete your order and send the file later via WeTransfer to pedidos@dtsprinting.com with your order number.
Do you check the artwork?
Yes. We review the file for free before production and contact you if we detect any technical issues.
Is it advisable to install it inside or outside the glass?
Inside application usually provides more protection. Outside may be preferable depending on the glazing or required visibility. Specify your choice in the configurator.
How will the design look from the other side?
It depends on the printing orientation and placement. We will prepare the indicated orientation and confirm any doubts before manufacturing.
What if the glass exceeds the usable material width?
If a panel exceeds the confirmed usable width, we propose producing it in sections and notify you before printing.
How is it cleaned?
With water, neutral soap and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive products and aggressive rubbing around the edges.
How long does production take?
Choose Economy production in 7-10 working days, Fast in 4-5 days or Express in 2-3 days. Times start after payment and artwork approval.
What does “7-year polymer” mean?
It is the nominal durability of the material. The actual lifespan may vary depending on exposure to sunlight, orientation, surface, placement, cleaning, and maintenance.
