The nominal external durability is up to 7 years according to the conditions of use and the manufacturer’s technical specifications. The actual lifespan depends on the orientation, exposure to sunlight, cleaning, preparation of the glass, lamination and installation. Matt, gloss or no lamination
Lamination adds a protective layer over the print. The matt finish reduces reflections for understated readability; the gloss Enhances the contrast and leaves a shiny surface. The option without lamination option may be sufficient for sheltered interiors or short campaigns. Consider lamination for exposed shop windows, frequent cleaning, moisture or abrasion before confirming your order.

Large sizes and division into panels
Maximum usable production width is 145 cm. We check both orientations and choose the one requiring fewer panels. If one dimension fits within that width, the graphic can be rotated and produced in one piece. If both exceed 145 cm, we use the minimum number of panels with 1 cm overlap. Your requested final size is retained and technical overlap is not charged. For example, a 300 x 200 cm graphic is made in 2 panels with the 200 cm dimension across the production width.

How to prepare the file for printing
- Work at final print size where possible, with sufficient image resolution for the viewing distance.
- Convert fonts to outlines or embed them correctly in the PDF.
- Use CMYK as the printing reference and avoid relying on screen colors without physical testing.
- Add bleed for edge-to-edge artwork and identify any special cutting path.

Installation and maintenance
Install the vinyl on a smooth, clean, dry, grease-free, silicone-free, dust-free surface. This product is usually intended for installation on the outside, so that the print is oriented correctly. If you need installation inside that is visible from the outside, consult us before production because it may require a different solution. For cleaning use water, neutral soap and a soft cloth; avoid abrasives, solvents and aggressive pressure on edges and joints.
