What is included with the roll-up banner?
Retractable stand, full-colour printed graphic, pole, carry bag and a basic technical artwork check.
Which sizes can I choose?
The current sizes are 85 × 200, 100 × 200, 125 × 200 and 150 × 200 cm.
How long does delivery take?
Choose estimated fast delivery in 2–3 business days or economy delivery in 5–7 business days, after artwork validation.
What is the difference between fast and economy service?
The product is the same. Economy service costs 15% less because it allows more production time.
When does the lead time start?
When we have received and validated the artwork. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Can I order without uploading artwork?
Yes. This is the default option; you can send the artwork later by email or link.
Is the artwork check free?
Yes. We check that the file opens, its size and resolution, and any obvious issues. Redesign or vectorisation is not included.
What material is the printed graphic made from?
The current product specification is 200-micron polypropylene film with an opaque backing.
Is a carry bag included?
Yes, the carry bag is included in the price.
How is it assembled?
Pull the graphic out of the base and attach it to the pole. Assembly is straightforward and requires no special tools.
Can I reuse it?
Yes. Store it clean and dry in its bag to protect the graphic and stand.
Can it be used outdoors?
It is recommended for indoor use. Outdoors, use it only in areas sheltered from wind and rain.
What resolution should my artwork have?
The appropriate resolution depends on the working scale. The template specifies the exact requirement, and we check it before production.
Does the price include VAT?
The summary shows the net price, VAT at 21% and the total including VAT separately.
Do you deliver throughout Spain?
Yes, subject to the conditions and any exclusions shown at checkout.
What is the difference between standard and double-sided roll-up banners?
The standard version has one graphic and costs less. The double-sided version uses two graphics for visibility from both sides.
