Pay for usable square metres

Choose matt white or gloss clear vinyl and buy usable printed area in 1 m² increments. The roll has a usable width of 95 cm. Upload your designs, approve their free digital proofs and review the assembled layout before purchasing.

Equal quantities across your designs

Each design receives the same number of copies. The layout adds complete sets and preserves the design dimensions, outer bleed and spacing. Some unused area can remain so that every design receives an equal quantity.

Progressive area pricing

Additional square metres are priced in volume bands. A lower band for extra area does not retrospectively discount the whole order, and adding area does not reduce the total. Review the usable area, actual sticker count and complete quotation before choosing.

White or clear vinyl for packaging

Matt white provides an opaque base with fewer reflections. Gloss clear vinyl lets the underlying surface show through. Apply to smooth, clean and dry surfaces. For takeaway packaging, labels are intended for the outside; direct food contact is not offered. Ask about special surfaces, chemicals, continuous immersion or demanding exposure.

Digital proofs and a full-size layout

Approve each design and then the roll layout. After layout approval you can download a full-size PDF with the graphic and CutContour cutting line. Originals and approved proofs are stored separately and privately. The workshop reviews the file before production.

Artwork, cutting and quantities

Kiss cutting cuts the adhesive while keeping the backing continuous. Designs can keep their own sizes and proportions; circular and square shapes have equal sides. The minimum order is 1 usable m², but a complete set of larger designs may require more area. Changing a design, size, shape or cut requires approval of that design and the layout again.

Delivery and foreign billing

Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days including production and transport after payment and file validation. Confirm the option for your address and deadline at checkout. Foreign billing details can be combined with delivery in Spain or Portugal. Ask first about other destinations or an earlier date.

Questions and answers

Do I buy stickers or square metres?

You buy usable square metres. The configurator shows how many stickers fit with your chosen designs and sizes before purchase.

Does a one-metre preview represent one square metre?

No. A 95 cm wide by 1 m long section is 0.95 m². One usable square metre needs approximately 1.05 m of roll length. The actual layout continues to fill the purchased area.

Will every design have the same quantity?

Yes. Only complete sets are added. Empty space may remain to preserve equal quantities and margins.

Does the volume discount apply to all the area?

No. Pricing is progressive: earlier square metres keep their band, and additional square metres use the corresponding band.

Is holographic vinyl included?

No. This roll product offers matt white and gloss clear vinyl. Holographic stickers are a separate product.

Will the roll work in an automatic label applicator?

The layout does not guarantee a fixed pitch, roll diameter, core or unwind direction. Confirm your machine requirements before ordering.

Do I need to supply a cutting line?

Not always. The free digital proof generates a contour and lets you choose shape, size and border. An identifiable CutContour in a PDF or SVG can be used when it meets the margin requirements.

Which file types can I upload?

PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG and PDF, plus AI saved with PDF compatibility. The automatic preview supports up to 25 MB per file. If a valid proof cannot be generated, export to PDF or ask the workshop; an empty preview is not approved.

What happens when I edit an approved design?

The changed design must be approved again, followed by the roll layout. Other approved designs are retained.

Are individual stickers separated from their backing?

No. Kiss cutting leaves the backing continuous. Choose individual die-cut stickers if each sticker needs to be separated with its backing.

Can I order from another country?

You can provide foreign billing details with a delivery address in Spain or Portugal. Contact DTS Printing before ordering delivery to another destination.

Are VAT and delivery included in the quotation?

The configurator shows the subtotal excluding VAT, applicable VAT and the total including VAT. Delivery or collection is calculated using the address and methods available at checkout.

Can I save my configuration?

The configuration can be recovered in the same browser and session while its temporary originals remain available. Order files are stored privately.
