A portable banner for your exhibition stand

Present your brand at trade fairs, conferences, shops and receptions with a retractable banner. The printed graphic rolls into the aluminium base, and the included carry bag protects the display during transport and storage.

Choose the size for your space

The standard single-graphic model is available in 85 × 200, 100 × 200, 125 × 200 and 150 × 200 cm. The 85 cm format is the recommended compact option; wider formats give your message more space. Check the layout of your stand before selecting the width. A double-sided roll-up is a separate product.

Stand, printed graphic and carry bag included

The quotation includes the aluminium structure, full-colour custom graphic and carry bag. Basic technical artwork review checks that the file opens and identifies obvious size, resolution or file issues. It does not include redesign or advanced artwork changes.

Prepare your artwork using the selected template

Download the template for your chosen size on the Spanish configurator. Work in CMYK at 150 dpi at final size, observe the safe area, embed images and embed or outline fonts. PDF is the preferred format; check the accepted file formats before uploading. The current upload limit is 256 MB per file. Larger artwork can be sent afterwards using the instructions on the product page and your order number.

Plan your production and event deadline

The configurator currently offers a 48/72-business-hour option and an economical 5–7-business-day option. The time starts after the artwork has been received and approved. Dates are estimates. Compare the applicable quotation and delivery options, and confirm your destination and event setup date before ordering. Prices, quantity savings, VAT and transport are calculated in the original configurator and checkout.

Questions and answers

Can I order before sending the artwork?

The Spanish product page allows you to complete the order and send the artwork later, following its WeTransfer instructions and quoting your order number. Production timing starts after the artwork is received and validated.

Does this model display graphics on both sides?

This standard roll-up uses one printed graphic. The double-sided roll-up is a separate product; confirm the appropriate model for the viewing directions at your stand.

Where can I check the final price?

Choose the size, quantity and timing in the Spanish configurator. It shows the quotation before VAT, VAT and the total including VAT; checkout adds the available delivery or collection option.
