Rigid 3 mm cardboard with a finished printed edge

The display uses full-colour printing on 170 gsm coated paper, mounted onto rigid 3 mm cardboard. The printed sheet wraps around the edges for a finished appearance. Choose gloss or matt digital lamination to suit your graphics and the lighting around the display.

Two sizes for your message

Choose 20 × 30 cm for a compact counter or reception sign, or 30 × 40 cm when your design needs more space. Select the quantity in the configurator and check the quotation. For another format, contact DTS Printing before ordering.

Allow for the wraparound edges in the artwork

Prepare a PDF or TIFF in CMYK at a minimum of 150 dpi at final size. Add 2.5 cm of artwork on every side for the wraparound finish: a 20 × 30 cm board needs a 25 × 35 cm file, and a 30 × 40 cm board needs a 35 × 45 cm file. Keep important text and logos inside the final front-facing area.

Questions and answers

Is the board 3 mm thick?

Yes. The specified backing is rigid 3 mm cardboard, with a 170 gsm coated printed sheet mounted onto it, lamination and a wraparound finish.

Do I need tools to assemble it?

The rear support is included. Unfold it and place the board on a flat surface.

Why is the artwork larger than the front of the board?

The 2.5 cm extension on each side wraps around the edges. Keep important content within the finished 20 × 30 cm or 30 × 40 cm front area.
